Butter biscuits topped with Dead Man’s Fingers Spiced Rum icing.

Revel in a taste of the sea with Black Tom’s Sea Biscuits. A spicy biscuit made with Northern Ireland Butter and Cornish Rum, producing a delicious melt in the mouth biscuit, with a strong rum flavour and tingling spicy aftertaste.

Black Tom was reported to have buried treasure in Dunluce Castle in County Antrim, while Cornwall is famous for it’s shipwrecks and pirates, a perfect combination of Northern Ireland ingredients and flavours of Cornwall and beyond.

Ingredients: Flour (Wheat flour with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), Sugar, Northern Ireland Butter (Milk, Salt), Spiced Rum (6%), Wheat Starch, Dried Egg Albumen, Modified Starch, Acidity Regulators (Calcium Lactate, Tartaric Acid, Cream of Tartar, Lactic Acid), Dextrose, Stabiliser (Guar Gum), glycerol E422, emulsifier & stabiliser: lecithin E322, colours E133, E102, E129 & E132.
