Our Promise to You
All parcels shipped by Iconic Biscuits are quality checked prior to packing for any damages or defects. We aim to have your order delivered within 10 working days, but please allow longer during busy seasonal or holiday periods.
Delivery & Tracking
We deliver throughout the world. Postage is free. To enquire about a pending order, please email email@example.com with your order reference number. This is included in the confirmation email you will have received upon successfully completing your order.
Damaged and Defective Goods
In the event of receiving a damaged product, please return it to us for a refund or replacement products. You must return the damaged products within 21 days from dispatch of your goods. After which period the product will become ineligible for a refund. We will then either issue a full refund or send out a replacement product.
Incorrect, Unwanted Goods or Non-Collected Goods
You, as our customer, have up to 14 days to cancel your order after delivery. If you wish to cancel your order, please return the products to us unopened. You will receive a refund for the value of the order returned and postage.
You will be responsible for:
1) Not opening the container or removing any seals as part of the container
2) Re-pack the products as they were received.
3) All postage / shipping costs
If the unwanted or incorrect product received by Iconic Biscuits is of a satisfactory condition or the product you received is incorrect then we will, by your request:
1) Issue a full refund excluding all original delivery charges paid, unless you received an incorrect item
2) Send out the correct or a replacement product with the same delivery terms as the original order
Theses terms do not affect your statutory rights.
